Nous ne fabriquons pas les produits que nous vendons ; nous travaillons avec un nombre restreint de distributeurs et de fournisseurs canadiens de confiance pour stocker et expédier les deux volets de notre catalogue : les produits essentiels du quotidien et articles de style de vie, ainsi que les fournitures de bureau, d'impression et les produits d'entretien commercial, provenant de distributeurs canadiens établis. Chaque commande est expédiée depuis le Canada, ce qui garantit des délais de livraison réalistes et honnêtes, plutôt que des formulations vagues sur les « délais de traitement ».

Nous avons bâti notre entreprise autour d'une idée simple : la rapidité doit être synonyme de rapidité. La livraison standard s'effectue sous 1 à 7 jours après la confirmation de la commande, et cette estimation est indiquée sur chaque page produit ainsi qu'au moment du paiement — elle n'est pas dissimulée dans une politique que vous devez chercher par vous-même.

The story behind our logo

Every piece of our logo was chosen to mean something, not just to look good:

• The shield stands for security and protection — the same idea behind our secure checkout and encrypted payment handling.
• The checkmark represents delivered, reliable service — it’s the same promise behind our easy returns and real, responsive support.
• The speed trail lines are the “Fast” in Fast Gives — a visual nod to our “Shop More. Wait Less.” way of doing things.
• The red maple leaf isn’t there to check a box — it’s there because this is home. Every order that leaves Erin, Ontario carries a little piece of that with it, the same quiet pride you feel seeing a maple leaf on a backpack halfway around the world.
• The navy and red together weren’t picked from a color chart of “what sells.” Navy is the calm of a Canadian evening sky; the maple leaf red is the warmth of knowing exactly where you’re from, and choosing to build something from right there instead of somewhere else.
• The .ca chip reinforces our domain and our local-market focus, right in the logo lockup itself.

It’s a small thing, but we wanted even our logo to say what we actually care about: home, and doing right by it.

Fast Gives is owned and run by Navdeep Kaur, originally from Ludhiana, Punjab, India, now based in Ontario, Canada.

Fast Gives is a women-owned business, and we sell exclusively to customers in Canada. Every policy on this site, every order that ships, and every email that comes into our inbox is accountable to a real person, not an anonymous team.

Giving back, quietly

One value has stayed with our founder since childhood in Punjab: Sarbat da Bhala — a simple wish, carried through Sikh teaching, for the wellbeing of all, not just one’s own. Not a slogan, just something you grow up hearing until it becomes part of how you see the world.

We’re a small online store, not a charity, and we’re not going to pretend otherwise. But a small share of every order — 1.5%, contributed automatically through Stripe — goes toward environmental efforts. It’s not a number that changes the world on its own, and we’re not building a marketing campaign around it. It’s just quietly there in every checkout, whether you notice it or not, because it felt like the right way to carry that same value forward, in whatever small way an online store reasonably can.
