Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of fastgives.ca and our Android app, and your purchase of products from Fast Gives (operated by FAST GIVES, Ontario Corporation No. 1001665362). By placing an order or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

2. Orders & pricing

  • All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and are subject to change without notice until an order is placed.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability. If we cancel a paid order, you will receive a full refund.
  • An order confirmation email does not guarantee product availability — final confirmation is sent when your order ships.

3. Shipping & fulfillment

Fast Gives works with a third-party fulfillment partner, CJ Dropshipping, to warehouse and ship products from within Canada. As a result:

  • Products ship from our Canadian warehouse. Standard delivery is 1–7 days from order confirmation, with estimated delivery windows shown on each product page and at checkout.
  • Some orders with multiple items may arrive in separate packages if items are held at different warehouse locations within Canada.
  • Tracking numbers and carrier names are provided as soon as available and reflect the actual carrier handling your shipment.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by carrier disruptions or events outside our reasonable control.

4. Returns & refunds

Because products ship from our fulfillment partner’s warehouses, please contact us at cc@fastgives.ca within 14 days of delivery to start a return or refund request. Items must be unused and in original packaging unless defective or not as described. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once a return is received and inspected, or once a claim is verified for lost/damaged shipments.

5. Wishlist terms

  • Wishlist items are saved to your account for up to 365 days of inactivity.
  • Prices on wishlisted items are checked periodically; price-drop notifications are sent within 24 hours of a detected reduction, at most once per item per week.
  • We do not guarantee the continued availability or price accuracy of wishlisted items — prices and stock can change at any time.
  • You may delete items from your wishlist at any time.

6. Abandoned cart recovery terms

  • Items in your cart are not reserved and remain available to other customers until your order is placed and paid for.
  • If you leave items in your cart, we may send up to three recovery emails; any discount or offer included in a recovery email is valid for the period stated in that email.
  • Receiving a recovery email creates no obligation to purchase.
  • You can opt out of recovery emails at any time via the unsubscribe link.

7. Android app terms

Installation & permissions

Our app may request permissions (camera, photos, storage, approximate location) to enable specific features. Declining a permission may limit related functionality but will not block use of the rest of the app. Use of our app is also subject to Google Play’s Terms of Service.

In-app purchases

Prices in the app may differ slightly from the website due to platform fees or promotions. All purchases are subject to these Terms, including our Returns & Refunds section above.

Push notifications

Push notifications are optional and can be disabled at any time in your device’s notification settings or within the app.

Offline use & updates

Some app features may work offline and will sync once your connection is restored. We may require app updates to continue providing full functionality; declining updates may limit or disable some features.

Deleting your data

Uninstalling the app clears local/cached data on your device but does not delete your Fast Gives account or order history. To request account deletion, contact cc@fastgives.ca or use the website.

8. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

9. Intellectual property

All content on fastgives.ca and in our app — including text, graphics, logos, and product descriptions — is owned by or licensed to Fast Gives and may not be copied or reused without permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fast Gives is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services or products, including delays caused by our fulfillment or shipping partners. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

11. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will first be addressed informally by contacting cc@fastgives.ca; unresolved disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada, except where local consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

12. Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
