To plan the time needed to complete the activity, look for the duration indicator on your card. On the back of the card, you’ll also find questions to help your child understand and develop confidence. Once they’ve explored all the cards, they can choose their three favourite affirmations and repeat them every morning in front of the mirror. A great way to start the day with confidence!
