The Open The Joy Anger Management in a box is a complete package of strategies, resources and activities to help you identify, control and understand anger in a fun way. The kit guides you through 5 easy steps: recognizing your anger, controlling your emotions, understanding the causes, facing your problems and reflecting on your attitudes. Each step is associated with a fun activity including a construction project, a clay “anger monster” project, origami projects, a self-reflection notepad and anger management cards that offer breathing techniques, ways to refocus and relaxation exercises.
This kit transforms complex concepts into easy-to-understand activities that will help children better grasp and internalize what they’ve learned. Initially, the activities can be carried out with the help of a parent or trusted adult, and over time the child will be able to use them more independently.
