Frequently asked questions

Where do you ship from?

Orders are fulfilled and shipped from our partner warehouses in Edmonton (AB), Mississauga (ON), and Laval (QC). All shipments originate within Canada. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, with delivery taking 1–7 business days after that, depending on your location.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is charged at actual cost, calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. The exact cost is shown before you complete payment.

Can I track my order?

Yes — a tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. If your order arrives in more than one package, each will have its own tracking number.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Contact us at cc@fastgives.ca to start a return. Full details are in our Refund & Returns Policy.

Do you ship outside Canada?

Not at this time — we currently ship to addresses within Canada only.

How do I change or cancel an order?

Contact us as soon as possible at cc@fastgives.ca or by phone. We can usually make changes before an order ships, but can’t guarantee changes once it’s in fulfillment.

I never received a confirmation email — what should I do?

Check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still don’t see it, email us at cc@fastgives.ca with the name and email used at checkout and we’ll look into it.

How do I delete my account or data?

Email cc@fastgives.ca or use the account deletion option on the website. Uninstalling our Android app clears local data on your device but does not delete your account — see our Terms & Conditions.
