Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy describes how Fast Gives (operated by FAST GIVES, Ontario Corporation No. 1001665362) ships orders placed on fastgives.ca and our Android app. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions and our Refund & Returns Policy.

1. Scope

Fast Gives currently ships domestically within Canada only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. All orders are placed, fulfilled, and delivered in Canadian dollars (CAD).

2. Where we ship from

Orders are fulfilled and shipped from our partner warehouse locations within Canada. Depending on the items in your order, your shipment may originate from one or more of the following facilities:

We reserve the right to fulfill orders from any of these locations, or to add or remove partner warehouse locations, at our discretion, without affecting the delivery commitments described in this policy.

3. Where we ship to

We ship to all provinces and territories within Canada. We do not currently ship to addresses outside of Canada, including PO boxes located outside Canada. Some remote postal codes may have longer delivery windows than the estimates below.

4. Order processing time

• Orders are typically processed and handed to a carrier within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or statutory holidays are processed on the next business day.
• Processing time is separate from, and in addition to, the delivery time shown below.

5. Delivery time

Estimated delivery time is 1–7 business days from the date your order ships, depending on your delivery address and the warehouse location(s) fulfilling your order. Specific delivery estimates are shown on each product page and again at checkout before you complete your order.

6. Shipping costs

• Shipping is charged at cost — customers pay the actual shipping cost incurred to deliver their order, calculated based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.
• The exact shipping cost for your order is calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is taken, so you can review it before completing your purchase.
• Shipping costs are shown separately from item prices at checkout and are non-refundable except where required by law or where we are responsible for a shipping error.

7. Carriers & tracking

We work with established Canadian carriers to deliver orders. A tracking number and the applicable carrier name are provided by email as soon as your order ships, so you can follow your shipment to your door.

8. Split & multi-package orders

If your order contains items fulfilled from more than one of our partner warehouse locations, it may arrive in separate packages, on separate dates, each with its own tracking number. You will not be charged additional shipping fees solely because your order ships in multiple packages.

9. Delays & exceptions

Delivery estimates are our best expectation and are not guaranteed. Delays can occasionally occur due to carrier disruptions, severe weather, high order volumes, incomplete or incorrect address information, or other events outside our reasonable control. We are not liable for delays caused by our carrier or fulfillment partners, but we will help you track down a delayed shipment if you contact us.

10. Lost or damaged shipments

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery window, contact us at cc@fastgives.ca with your order number. We will work with the carrier to locate your shipment and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Refund & Returns Policy.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our fulfillment partners, carriers, or processes. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
